It’s a small gym but it has space for everyone in its heart! This is probably the only gym I’ve ever felt comfortable. The teachers are all very kind and patient. Nothing to show off here. Just awesome people sharing a love for movement and taking care of yourself and others 🙏🏻❤️.

Really awesome gym, classes, and community! If I were a local, I would definitely be a member. Thanks for making a positive, inviting, and inclusive space :)

If you are queer, or if you are not, and you are looking for a gym, this is the best place, forget about those impersonal big gym and embrace the sense of community and acceptance. The trainers are absolutely amazing and super professionals. Small group so it feels like a PT each class, and you always can try a week for free!!!

I cant imagine working out anywhere else after being here! I feel safe and accommodated. The gym goers here are the nicest individuals you would ever meet and the trainers have in depth knowledge in their field. The equipment here are new and there are a great variety of weights. Classes go up to a max of 8 people which means the trainers can focus more on each student as well. Def recommend this place!

I was on holiday to Amsterdam and used the one week free trial and loved every session and every trainer I encountered. Small classes with varied exercises each time, and modifications can be made if you have any injuries or are unable to do any particular movements. Everyone is so kind and welcoming and being here was a highlight of my trip!
