Apres Diem

I have loved Apres Diem for well over 10 years, and to me it remains one of the true staples of Atlanta, Georgia. In a city where restaurants come and go constantly, Apres Diem has managed to hold onto something rare — consistency, charm, and identity. There is something timeless about this place. Whether you are there for brunch, dinner, drinks on the patio, or simply conversation, the atmosphere always feels warm, intellectual, and unmistakably Atlanta. It has that European café energy that makes you want to stay longer than you planned. Over the years I have brought friends, colleagues, dates, and visitors here, and it never disappoints. The food is consistently good, the service has always felt welcoming, and the environment strikes the perfect balance between casual and elevated. Atlanta has a lot of trendy restaurants, but Apres Diem is different, it feels established, lived in, and authentic. It is one of those places that becomes part of your memory of the city itself. Nice Euro style restaurant Everything was fresh and very good Seafood linguine had a lot of Seafood!

One of my favorite restaurants in Atl!! My husband and I love coming here. It’s a hidden gem in midtown area. Right off the beltline. There is a great ambiance! Food is always delicious! I love the SLOW BRAISED BEEF SHORT RIBS- I cant do milk so instead of the mashed potatoes I get fries, which do pair well. The fries gave a wonderful garlic seasoning and crunch / yet soft. My only comment on the beef dish is the veggies are quite crunchy (always); I’d recommend they cook the veggies longer for a softer texture. My husband has tried many dishes over the years - this visit he had the rigatoni which didn’t disappoint. Great outdoor seating! Can bring dogs on patio if you sit along outside edges The first two hours of parking is free, but you have to register your license plate with the QR code. Service is typically very good! We only had one service issue when had a party of 8 and it was cahotic - note they don’t do separate checks and auto add 2% gratuity to groups

We stopped in for a drink to check out the Miracle pop up, and we loved the atmosphere, drinks, and our bartender so much that we ended up staying for dinner! We sampled 3 different appetizers and ended with chocolate pecan pie and ice cream. Everything was AMAZING! We live in Florida, but we will definitely return!!

Loved the atmosphere. You will need to pay for parking. This fabulous place goes by several names and GPS doesn't get you to the door so you will need to look for the gingerbread house. The service was a bit slow because of the large number of people but the wait staff was excellent. Unfortunately, my turkey burger and soup was not filling so I left a bit hunger. Was it delicious; about average. I purchases the Jingle Balls Nog and I was sorely disappointed in the size of the cup, smaller than all drinks ordered by my 12 friends that were in attendance. I debated on sending it back. It cost $15. This place spells Christmas so come and be merry.
