Great place to party! The DJs were amazing and the drinks were sooo good!!! One thing though DO NOT take pictures in the little secret room 😭 It was my partner’s and my first time going in there and we genuinely had NO idea pictures weren’t allowed. Next thing I know, they flashed a flashlight directly in my eyes out of nowhere LOL. I totally understand the no-photo rule, but I think maybe they should put up a sign beforehand or have someone mention it before entering because that could seriously catch the wrong person off guard if they have a health issue or sensitivity! Honestly it was hilarious afterwards because if we had known, we obviously wouldn’t have taken any pictures 😂 Bartenders definitely gave us a rude awakening hahaha. Overall though, still such a fun spot and the staff kept the drinks coming all night!

Green Light Social is one of the best rooftop bars in Austin and a place I recommend to absolutely everyone. The views from the rooftop are stunning and create the perfect backdrop for a great evening out. The drink selection is excellent with creative cocktails and a solid lineup of beers and wines. The atmosphere is vibrant and fun without feeling overcrowded or overwhelming. The staff is attentive, friendly and makes sure every guest has a great time. Whether you are catching up with friends or looking for a memorable night out, Green Light Social delivers every single time.

The bouncer that was standing at the front tonight was so rude and literally denied my friend even though she is 22 years old and I have been to this bar so many times and it was so fun but lately it has been so awful like people skills really need to be boosted. Truly something needs to change because the music and atmosphere are so awesome but the bounce staff must change if I’m ever going back.

25+ now for the speakeasy…as if i haven’t provided them business for 2 years in there. Effed up if you ask me, skip Green slight on 6th if your young and want to have fun because now only accepting 25+. Wrong decision if you ask me me. Me and my girlfriend will no longer be attending.

Enjoyed their happy hour drink specials and outside patio that overlooks west Sixth Street. The margarita and frozen espresso martini were good. They have bar seating and several tables inside and outside. There is paid street parking on surrounding streets.
