Top-notch service! The staff was very friendly and we felt very well attended to. The food was good. Well crafted and beautifully presented. The menu was a little safe so it’s worth them exploring more recipes to move up to 5 stars. The interior is well laid out with high ceilings. They have an exterior patio as well which we didn’t explore because it was a very humid day.

As a wedding planner, I have had the pleasure of working with Verbena Food & Drink, and I cannot recommend them enough. We dined in for Easter Brunch and everything was excellent (except the coffee). Pictured is the churro pancake stack which is a cinnamon and sugar dream and the classic breakfast both off their limited menu. Beautifully decorated, presented as well as comfortable with excellent services from all. Dine with confidence.

We visited Verbena for lunch and ordered a salad with shrimp and avocado toast. However, my salad was initially served with salmon instead of shrimp. I politely informed the server right away, and she acknowledged the mistake and offered to bring the correct item, which I appreciated. Later, while I was still eating and had food remaining on my plate, the server approached and began to remove my dish, asking if I needed a box. This was a bit surprising, especially since my dining companion had already finished her meal and had an empty plate, which might have been more appropriate to clear first. The restaurant was relatively quiet at the time, with only a few tables occupied. That said, the food itself was enjoyable—the salad was well-prepared, and the Aperol Spritz was also very good. Overall, the experience was positive in terms of food quality, though the service felt somewhat inattentive and inconsistent at times.

Genuinely such a treat to arrive to a hotel and be greeted with THIS masterpiece full of flavor. My flight was severely delayed and with the icy weather, my food options were limited. I was extremely pleased to be welcomed with a diverse menu dedicated to excellence. The service was stellar and the portions were hearty.
