Arena Xperience

I was there on a Tuesday night the music could have been better. The staff was very friendly to us mind you my friend was a regular to them ! I went back on a Saturday and the music was great kept moving from one dance floor to the other depending on the song and the staff was friendly .

This was a crazy experience… and unfortunately not in a good term. i put my clothes in the wardrobe and the paid 6 euros for each of my item which the guy inside put it in one hanger (3 pieces). When i tried to get it out the same guy literally lied and and faked that i miss one ticket. (There is no way it was missing because it was in the one packet) … and he used physical strength to pull out my stuff … my own stuff from my hand. He called the security guy who actually came to my help. And said leave if I already have everything. It seemed to be not a one off thing.. im pretty sure it happened before with other people. This is really crazy that is happened with me and barely can understand and process it. And Im writing right after this incident. Be careful… and think about this place agian if you go there.

The club is pretty good, but the service was horrible. I lost my cloakroom ticket, but had its photo with a clearly visible number. Despite this, cloakroom staff said they can't give me my jacket until 6am if I lost the physical ticket! This was despite the fact I was naturally able to describe my jacket in detail, including what was in my pockets etc. so it would be highly unlikely I'd be a thief or anything. Absolutely idiotic computer-says-no BS. I was only able to get my stuff back after my local Catalan friend threatened them with getting police involved if they don't give us our things. Absolutely ridiculous and unnecessary. Try some common sense, it won't hurt.

5/5 Stars – My New Favorite Club! Arena Xperience is my new go-to in Barcelona. Two dancefloors blast urban/reggaeton and pop hits for non-stop vibes. Super nice staff, top-notch music, drag shows, and sooo much fun in this inclusive spot.

Everything was great apart from the bartender, nobody listen to you they don’t want to attend you, serving the girls 🤞 who came 10 minutes after me. We have to wait like 20+ minutes even for a simple drink. On both counts had the same issue. ITs nothing free so why you’re treating badly? I doubt if we would come back here ever again. 😞
