The sauna may be small, but it’s spotless – nothing like the big saunas in Barcelona. Most of the time it’s pretty empty, but on Sundays you get a pleasantly mixed crowd. BUT: the towels! The sauna itself is clean – but the towels smell like they’ve been loyal customers for years. Already musty straight out of the locker, and after use it only gets worse. Even a “new” one (for an extra charge!) didn’t save the day – same smell. You leave the sauna feeling like you’ve cuddled with an old mop. The music doesn’t help either – more like torture than entertainment. So bad it kills any desire to stay for a drink. Conclusion: We left earlier than planned, mostly because of the towels. My tip: maybe turn up the washing temperature or let them actually dry properly 😉.

Too small, too cramped and no one goes here. If you find more than 10 patrons, ever, you're very lucky. There's no ideal time of day or day of week. Just pure luck. Not a great place to go for anything and mostly a waste of both time and money. And one of the most expensive in Europe.

So I was a little bit concerned by the bad reviews so I wanted to have a look myself. I went at about 4:30pm on a Sunday. When entering the man behind the desk was smiling and so happy, he switched to English and was incredibly welcoming which was really nice. Inside there are some lockers and they ask your shoe size to give you shoes to wear. Upstairs there is a bar and jacuzzi which yes isn’t huge but does it need to be? Downstairs there are a variety of spaces and a variety of men. It was clean and warm which is also good. My only comment is that the steam room didn’t feel like a steam room but other than that it was all great! The negative reviews seem a bit harsh to be honest. It’s a gay sauna and a little piece of history. Not the best and not the worst but does what it needs to! Thank you!

Amazing place, nice, clean and very friendly staff. Had a great time there. The only issue is the limited number of lockers. Order what you want and pay on your way out, love it, and can't wait to return in the future.
