Even though I paid the city tax through booking.com, they forced me to pay it again. Their entire customer service is AI, so explaining that I already paid, sending them receipts and screenshots to prove that I had already paid the city tax, their AI just didn’t let me check in until I paid the 25 euro city tax again. There is no keys, no cards no reception. So If the AI doesn’t let you check in, you are out, hundreds of euros you paid for the reservation is gone. My entire first day was arguing with AI, someone who doesn’t understand English and AI again. Booking.com customer service is AI too btw, so reaching out to them didn’t help either. Both parties, booking.com and the hotel, told me to reach out to the other one about the issue. Worst hotel experience ever. Also, there was a used men’s underwear behind the console. I unfortunately discovered it when I tried to retrive the only spoon they provided. I had to throw it away myself, because based on the reviews here, they tend to charge you further even months after you check out. No need to watch Black Mirror, just book a reservation here.

Great place, I love the sustainability approach. The rooms feel personal and there's a speedy response from the Bob W team on WhatsApp. Also LOVED the free gym we get as a perk by staying here.

Check-in was easy- all digital and automated. Great rooms, and love the free gym and online yoga. Useful to have water bottle, tote bags and adapter too. WiFi not consistently available at night but overall impressed esp when this venue is Carbon neutral.

Absolutely loved our stay at Bob W Mitte! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The location couldn’t be better — right in the heart of Berlin, super central, and perfect for exploring the city on foot or by public transport. The apartment hotel itself was even better than expected. They’ve truly thought of everything! Extremely comfortable beds with high-quality bedding. A fully equipped kitchenette with a small fridge, dishes, utensils — everything you need for a short or long stay! Spotlessly clean and beautifully designed! Smooth and easy self check-in (worked perfectly) It’s one of those places where you immediately feel at home. Practical, stylish, and incredibly convenient. Highly recommended, and I’d absolutely stay here again on my next Berlin trip! 5 stars!! 🌟

​I highly recommend Bob W Mitte for a professional and comfortable stay in Berlin. The location is unbeatable for mobility and sightseeing. The entire process, especially the digital check-in, was smooth and efficient. The room comfort was superb, and the support staff was always available. The chat service provides exceptionally fast and timely assistance for any needs or questions. As a side note, the proximity to the delightful Yada Yada restaurant adds great value to the stay.
