without any textile?!!! there was no information about that. we were on the road 1 hour , and 1 hour back!! we lost 2 hours and money just to take this info? We wanted to use only outdoor pool, without sauna.owner was informed about it, we talked in Phone, about 5 minutes, and they didn’t even mentioned that . we didn’t wanted use sauna and wellness service. we wanted to enjoy outdoor pool.and they knew it. and this kind of information should be wrote clearly, not in culver. or should be tell on telephone too.

Dont go there,you cant use the pool or the outdoor facelities and the indoor is rubbish

Great relaxing place with great staff. My German is a bit rusty but they helped me out all the way they could!

Worst experience ever , left the place before time , staff member way unprofessional , it looked to me like the staff member is intending to have a bad reputation of the place , I asked for the manager to say same words he was not available, to be honest the place itself is good , but the staff member employer made it the worst , I hope the owner cares for the place reputation.
