Clean rooms, very good communication with personnel. Check in 15:00, I came earlier - there was no problem to accomodate after message to Homaris. Very good value for money.

Great location, great prices However: -showerhead #1 didn’t work at all -showerhead #2 had insane amounts of limescale and a hair on it - I wiped it off before reluctantly showering - I had hairs in my bed - the aircon didn’t work - the walls are insanely thin, so I woke up constantly from people just walking about - the room is tiny! Like really really small I personally wouldn’t stay again.
The room smelled like a pack of cigarettes when I first came in. There was no glasses for the rooms. My minibar was empty besides a complimentary tetra pack of water. The shower was defect, every time I would use it the rainshowerhead would drip on me. The entire hotel is like a ghost place. There is barely any staff of sight. Most services if there is and are remote. The customer service is horrible, the hotline employees are rude and just hang up on you. They say they’ll call you back and then never do. The spa area was disgusting! The whirlpool smelled terrible and the sauna was never properly cleaned. The water dispenser in the gym also never worked! Breakfast was ok but no gluten-free options. This is not a wellness hotel, they didn’t provide a robe or slippers. Most of the time there weren’t even enough towels for the „spa“ area. This is barely even a hotel, there is barely any staff of sight. So don’t expect to be taken care of while you’re there. Most of the employees work part time or minijob. The reception is always empty. I do not recommend coming there expecting a hotel/ wellness hotel experience.
- The hotel was booked under the name TWO Hotel Berlin by Axel, but I only found out it had been renamed after checking on Google and arriving at the property. - It is a completely self-check-in hotel — you cannot enter without online check-in. I waited outside in the cold for over 10 minutes. - Self check-in is not available for bookings from small third‑party websites or travel agencies. I had to call or message the staff via WhatsApp; the phone line was often busy, and I tried 5–6 times before getting through. Overall, a very inconvenient check‑in experience. - After check-in, room access is convenient: you can use the webpage as a digital key to open the door. - Cleanliness is average: there were cobwebs in the public lobby area, and the towels in the room were stained. - Heating works fine, and the room size is acceptable. The street‑side room is not noisy. - Location: 5-minute walk to the subway station; 30–40 minutes to the city centre. - Services must be selected online: breakfast €17, cleaning service €5. I declined both as they are not good value. - Check-in: 3:00 PM, Check-out: 12:00 PM. -Overall, this was originally a three-to-four-star hotel, but it’s now poorly maintained. It would be acceptable only if the price was low.
Good clean room and reasonable for what you pay. If you are confident using public transport this is a very good option as the U9 runs from down the road. However; There were constant noise issues from other guests running and shouting up and down the corridors, weed being smoked in the door way to the hotel, the whole place smelling like cigarettes. The staff we did interact with were very hit and miss. Very accommodating over the phone but in person most of them had very little customer service skills. The breakfast is an absolute rip off. We pre-booked it to make our overall stay easier however the options are subpar, poorly cooked and not replenished by most of the staff. One morning it was completely empty and the worker just stayed behind the bar. The juice machine was broken for 3 days of our stay with only the younger man offering us juice from a decanter on our last day. The sauna was a lovely addition however this space suffers due to lack of onsite staff. Many times people would be in after hours or not following the sauna rules making for an uncomfortable and noisy experience. The gym is okay for a hotel gym. Overall this hotel is okay if you can get a deal and don’t have the breakfast but I would not recommend to anyone
