Unfortunately, the colorful, quirky hustle and bustle is usually too crowded. I find it pretty outrageous to charge €16 for a glass of champagne at the stand.
I'm really disappointed. Very disappointed, actually. It used to be one of the highlights of the year. Now you just think, well, okay. You can go, but you don't have to anymore... A lot of my friends went to Cologne Pride because they're just fed up with the festival. Which is such a shame. I thought I'd give it one more chance, but it'll be my last time too... The fact that you can't pay by card in 2024 is already a problem. The fact that using the toilets costs €1.50 is outrageous, but the fact that the music is now so quiet you practically have to be on the stage to hear anything is really bad. Really bad. I've never seen so few people there as I did this Saturday. So there's probably something to it... Think about it.
Great party, nice conversations
Something different, it was cool even for a heterosexual.
