How would life have looked for me without this organization 🤔🤔🤔. They have friendly workers who can give you the time you need to understand everything you need. I have received support from them ever since I landed in Germany. As you know Germany paperwork isn’t easy for a refugee, but I am glad that this organization thought about a program like this to support refugees from counseling them, giving them legal advice and support, and helping them to integrate

For a crisis center, not the most warm workers. They focus on refugees not immigrants, the tea was nasty. But an important org for those in need.

The social workers I was paired with here were manipulative and abusive. Their supervisor ignored me when I wanted to give feedback. My experience at this organization was incredibly traumatizing. I think this organization needs to examine a workplace culture of misogyny.

This is a wonderful place where you will always be listened to and helped, no matter who you are, where you came from in Germany and what language you speak. Wonderful people, I am grateful to them and sincerely wish prosperity to this organization and the people who work there. I apologize for my poor English.🏳️‍🌈😘

Friendly staff, offers some legal advice and has a mini psychiatric consultation. but offers no real help for real legal issues considering LGBTQ related cases. Has a shelter that helps LGBTQ refugees which is really nice, could use some improvement in the legal department.
