Super mixed bag of what you might get, staff can be anything from helpful to down right violating federal ADA laws. Majority of not all of the "safety" precautions are to cover their ass if anything were to happen and they are to be found liable for things. Also stay away from people here in general because if they decide to assult you the staff will give you the run around about how it's out of their hands, some will even go as far as to say that you should just allow yourself to be assulted if you want the other person removed because here defending yourself will result in you being ostrisized and treated as the perpetrator. Be incredibly careful living here and talking to people in general. Don't send mail or packages here, they will get to you eventually but if it's time sensitive don't do it, there is only one person her who can actually open the mail box for packages and sometimes things can be lost for weeks. Honestly just take advantage of all of the services that are here and get out as soon as you can, this place will wear you down the longer you stay here.

Was helping a fiend to schedule an appointment. I’d say at best rude , argumentative, unhelpful. At best the center is taking new patients but has no appointments for months. Tried to send us to a center 20 miles away. Not great.

This is a place where everyone is welcome, and the energy is extremely positive. I appreciate 🙏 their hard work and commitment to helping people like me. 👍 I love them ❤️ 💕

This place has gotten worse. Now they’re not even letting clients in through the front anymore. I was greeted by fairly hostile security and they told me to go around the back. Not the experience or greeting I was really expecting when I drove 30 minutes over here. They used to let people in and let them eat and it used to be a nice welcoming space. Now it feels like anything but. I was told to come in from 9-11am and now I’m being told I have to wait outside for 30 minutes and that the appointment is at 11:00am. Overall put a bad taste in my mouth and I didn’t like the way I was treated. I’m not going to be coming back. The education department is okay and helpful when I can ACTUALLY get a hold of them but honestly save your gas. Just talk to them virtually and online.

It was difficult to overcome the hurtle to call them . I was told i will recieve a call back within 24-48 h. 4 weeks later, after no call back , I finally drove all the way to Hollywood. I was send away with another call back promise. On top , I had to pay $6 for parking. A place I don’t understand. I will not return there
