Highly recommend PPL for employment help, career training, and even housing resources. There is a lot of different help available and the staff are always very helpful and supportive. Their programs truly make a difference.

Non-judgemental. Constructive. Has classes you can take to qualify you for specific occupations, and access to certificates indicating competence in various areas.

Was helped with the basics while on my journey to being self sufficient. They also helped with winter coats for the kids.

If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. I would not recommend anyone rent or try to get into any of their housing. They don’t fix anything I went the entire winter without heat. They Wouldn’t come and fix anything with my apartment I had to have a city person come out for them to fix my heat and not to mention an Apartment that has been full of mold already in the walls. Now recently someone else above my apartment lit on fire and my apartment was flooded due to the sprinklers. They have not provided any help on where I am going to stay no responses or resources from anyone. I am now homeless again with all of what I rebuilt of my life after leaving a DV relationship to move into these apartments I have to start all over again with no possible help or response within 24 hours and also to move into these apartments where women were beat up and tied up in their apartments because men were walking through the building acting as maintenance all of this happened within the same month. It’s crazy to me that it’s supposed to be a company that helps people get and stay into stable housing but they don’t do anything. Property management is only in two days out the week and if that your lucky to catch them for 3 hours in office out them days. My car also was damaged due to them never giving me my parking space and having to park on the streets. It’s honestly made my renting experience and life a living hell. They won’t help, they won’t answer and they simple don’t care. At least in my experience. Good luck to you with PPL, the only people who answer the phone is emergency maintenance and they can’t even help you or transfer you to anyone who can. Save your time efforts and energy find someone else who actually cares about you as a tenant.

Having an issue with aggressive dog in one of their properties. No response from PPL. No response to Animal Control either. Dog rushed into our building charging one of our resident’s dog. Will not put dog on leash after many requests from our residents.
