Ismael is an incredibly insightful, respectful, and experienced professional. He has been able to help me identify, discuss, realize, and resolve any topic and related issue I want to discuss. Ismael listens carefully, and provides examples, approaches, and initiates constructive dialogue that is always enlightening and helpful. I appreciate that we can identify and discuss "causes and conditions" that are the root of emotions and feelings! I most enjoy that we can always laugh and enjoy light hearted moments during each. session. I always feel better after every visit! My highest recommendation goes to Ismael!!!! Amazing service. They were incredibly hospitable. They get all my recommendations. The doctor was super professional and understanding. I reached out and they responded fast and allowed me to show up at the clinic straight away. And they treated me straight away. Very very happy 😊

Great location, great hours, great service! I emailed for an appointment, and Dr. Miguel Buenrostro responded quickly and professionally and I was able to see him that same day. The office is welcoming and full of great information and even better staff (Hi Robert!). Dr. Buenrostro saw me almost immediately, no wait, and was very caring and courteous. The fee for his consultation was a very reasonable 500 pesos, cheaper than a night out at the gay bars down the street, and his office is right across the street from the largest pharmacy in the neighbourhood. Having specific and compassionate care for the LGBTQIA+ community can be as rare as it is vitally important. I only wish they’d open a location in London, Ontario!
