Columbus' Queer Scene is on Fire!

As a long-time resident of this amazing city, I've had the pleasure of experiencing the best that Columbus has to offer – and trust me when I say that our queer scene is ON FIRE! We've got some incredible spots that are perfect for a night out with friends or a date night. **The Stonewater Tavern** is a personal favorite of mine – their trivia nights are always a blast, and their drag shows? Absolutely phenomenal! And don't even get me started on **The Eagle**, which has been a Columbus staple for over 20 years. It's the perfect spot to grab a drink, play some pool, or just hang out with your queer crew. But it's not all about the bars, folks! We've also got an amazing selection of LGBTQ+-friendly restaurants and cafes that are perfect for brunch or dinner. **Lulu's** is a must-visit – their menu is full of delicious options (hello, vegan "chick'n" parmesan!), and their atmosphere is always lively and welcoming. And if you're in the mood for something sweet, **Graffiti Burger** has got you covered with their mouthwatering ice cream sandwiches! Now, I know what you're thinking – what about the clubs? Well, let me tell you, Columbus' club scene is where it's at! **Eclipse Nightclub** is a personal favorite of mine – their DJs are always spinning the hottest tracks, and their events are always packed with energy. And don't miss out on **The Zone**, which hosts some of the most amazing drag shows in town (hello, Sasha Velour!). But what really sets Columbus apart is our sense of community. We've got a thriving queer scene that's all about inclusivity, love, and acceptance – and that's something to be celebrated! Whether you're a long-time resident or just visiting, there's no shortage of amazing events and activities to get involved in. From **PrideFest** (which is, honestly, the best Pride celebration I've ever had the pleasure of attending) to **Columbus Pride March**, our city knows how to throw a party! It's amazing to see so many queer writers and artists coming together to celebrate their work – and I'm always blown away by the talent on display.
