Whether you're in the mood for a quick bite or a leisurely dinner, there's no shortage of mouth-watering choices. One of my personal faves is The Goodwich, a sandwich shop that's been a local favorite for years. With creative concoctions like the "K-Town BBQ" (think Korean-style BBQ beef and kimchi slaw on a toasted baguette – yum!), you'll be hard-pressed to choose just one. And don't even get me started on their impressive selection of craft beers! For a taste of old-school Vegas glamour, head to Carson Kitchen. This retro-style eatery serves up nostalgic eats like burgers, mac 'n cheese, and classic milkshakes in a setting that's straight out of the Rat Pack era.
