Melbourne is also home to an incredible array of LGBTQ+-owned businesses. The city boasts an impressive selection of queer-friendly bars, clubs, and restaurants – each with its own unique charm. From the sassy atmosphere at The Langham to the sultry vibes at The Imperial Hotel, there's no shortage of spots where we can be ourselves. As I dig deeper into Melbourne's community, I'm struck by the power of grassroots organizations like Minus18 and QueerScreen. These groups are doing incredible work, providing support networks and creating safe spaces for our youth and seniors alike. It warms my heart to see our community coming together to uplift one another – and I know that this collective energy is what makes Melbourne truly special.
