And when I say "legendary," I'm not exaggerating – this is a city that can turn out 10,000 people for a single rave or festival. But what really sets Mexico City apart is its ability to seamlessly blend tradition with innovation. Case in point: the stunning Palacio de Bellas Artes, an art nouveau masterpiece turned vibrant LGBTQ+ cultural hub. Here, you'll find everything from drag shows and cabarets to queer-themed exhibitions and performances. It's a space where art and activism converge, celebrating Mexico City's rich cultural heritage while also pushing boundaries and challenging norms. And then there are the people – oh, the people! From the charming street vendors to the warm-hearted bartenders, everyone in Mexico City seems to radiate an infectious energy.
