Responsibilities

✓Own the full national and international advertising sales pipeline
✓Prospect and close Fortune 500 brands, national LGBTQ+ organizations, and multi-market advertisers
✓Build and manage multi-market, multi-month advertising campaigns
✓Develop relationships with national media buyers and advertising agencies
✓Collaborate with editorial and marketing teams on custom content packages
✓Mentor and support city-level sales representatives across all 107+ markets
✓Report directly to the CEO and contribute to overall revenue strategy

Requirements

✓5+ years of media or digital advertising sales experience
✓Proven track record closing $10,000+ deals
✓Deep understanding of the LGBTQ+ media landscape
✓Existing relationships with national brands or advertising agencies preferred
✓Self-motivated with strong organizational and CRM skills
✓Passion for LGBTQ+ community and media
