Responsibilities

✓Prospect and close advertising deals with LGBTQ+-friendly businesses in DFW
✓Focus on Oak Lawn, Uptown, and surrounding neighborhoods
✓Sell banner ads, sponsored content, event listings, and custom packages
✓Attend Dallas Pride, Uptown events, and LGBTQ+ community gatherings
✓Build relationships with local businesses and community organizations
✓Hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Requirements

✓1+ years of sales experience
✓Strong knowledge of DFW's LGBTQ+ neighborhoods and community
✓Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
✓Passion for LGBTQ+ community and media
