Responsibilities

✓Prospect and close advertising deals with LGBTQ+-friendly businesses in LA
✓Focus on West Hollywood, Silver Lake, Echo Park, and surrounding neighborhoods
✓Sell banner ads, sponsored content, event listings, and custom packages
✓Build relationships with entertainment companies, studios, and talent agencies
✓Attend LA Pride, WeHo events, and LGBTQ+ community gatherings
✓Hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Requirements

✓1+ years of sales experience (media or entertainment preferred)
✓Strong knowledge of LA's LGBTQ+ neighborhoods and community
✓Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
✓Existing relationships with LA businesses a plus
✓Passion for LGBTQ+ community and media
