Responsibilities

✓Prospect and close advertising deals with LGBTQ+-friendly businesses in South Florida
✓Focus on South Beach, Wilton Manors, Fort Lauderdale, and surrounding areas
✓Sell banner ads, sponsored content, event listings, and custom packages
✓Attend Miami Beach Pride, Winter Party, and LGBTQ+ community events
✓Build relationships with hotels, restaurants, nightlife venues, and local businesses
✓Hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Requirements

✓1+ years of sales experience (hospitality or entertainment preferred)
✓Strong knowledge of South Florida's LGBTQ+ neighborhoods and community
✓Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
✓Passion for LGBTQ+ community and media
