As our NYC Sales Representative, you will own the full advertising sales pipeline for the five boroughs and surrounding metro area — from Hell's Kitchen and Chelsea to Brooklyn and the Bronx. You'll sell banner ads, sponsored content, event listings, and custom packages to bars, restaurants, hotels, health clinics, law firms, and every other business that wants to reach NYC's 1.5 million LGBTQ+ residents.

Responsibilities

✓Prospect and close advertising deals with LGBTQ+-friendly businesses in NYC
✓Sell banner ads, sponsored content, event listings, and custom packages
✓Build and maintain a pipeline of 50–100 active prospects
✓Attend LGBTQ+ community events and networking opportunities in NYC
✓Manage advertiser relationships and ensure campaign success
✓Hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Requirements

✓1+ years of sales experience (media sales preferred)
✓Strong knowledge of NYC's LGBTQ+ neighborhoods and community
✓Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
✓Ability to manage a high-volume prospect pipeline
✓Passion for LGBTQ+ community and media
