Responsibilities

✓Prospect and close advertising deals with LGBTQ+-friendly businesses in San Diego
✓Focus on Hillcrest, Downtown, and surrounding neighborhoods
✓Sell banner ads, sponsored content, event listings, and custom packages
✓Attend San Diego Pride and LGBTQ+ community events
✓Build relationships with bars, restaurants, health clinics, and local businesses
✓Hit monthly and quarterly revenue targets

Requirements

✓1+ years of sales experience
✓Strong knowledge of San Diego's LGBTQ+ neighborhoods and community
✓Self-motivated with excellent communication skills
✓Passion for LGBTQ+ community and media
