Room Mate Aitana

[General] I booked this hotel as a solo traveler because I wanted to be close to both Amsterdam Central Station and Dam Square. [Rooms] The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable but with the toilets are without bidet spray. [Service] Anastasia at the front desk was extremely helpful. She was the first staff member I met, and she answered all my questions without hesitation. Since I had not planned my trip in detail beforehand, her assistance was greatly appreciated. [Location] The location is excellent. While some attractions require a bit of walking, Amsterdam is a very pedestrian-friendly city, making it easy and enjoyable to get around on foot.

We had a wonderful stay at Room Mate Aitana in Amsterdam. The location is excellent – close to the city center while still being very quiet and peaceful. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and very clean. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel is also very family-friendly, which made our trip even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Amsterdam.

We came to Amsterdam to celebrate my daughter’s 18th birthday, and the hotel made this special occasion truly unforgettable. Everything was exactly as we had requested. The room was beautifully decorated according to our wishes, and every detail was prepared with so much care and attention. It was such a lovely surprise and made my daughter feel incredibly special on her big day. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern, very clean, and in a fantastic location. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. They went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect for us. We spent 4 nights at Room Mate Aitana and had a lovely stay. Our room was spacious, bright and clean, with beautiful views over the river and the city. The bathroom was modern and well maintained. The location is excellent — close to the centre, yet in a calm and quiet area. The staff were attentive and made my daughter’s birthday feel special, which we truly appreciated. Any small issue was handled quickly and professionally. We would gladly return.

Each time we visit Amsterdam, we stay at Room Mate Aitana — and every single time it gets even better. This time we stayed in the King Suite, and it was truly an amazing experience. We absolutely loved those two nights and honestly can’t wait to come back again. It was also my birthday during our stay, and the team surprised me with chocolates, cocktails and a lovely handwritten note 🤍🤍. Such a thoughtful and beautiful gesture that made our trip even more special. I loved it thank you.. Even our 7-month-old baby loved it! She was so happy throughout our stay and had the best sleep ever — she didn’t wake up during the night at all, which says everything about how comfortable and peaceful the room was. The view was incredible, and we were so lucky that it snowed one night during our stay. Amsterdam turned into a magical fairytale scene, and it made our trip even more unforgettable. Our room was prepared by Ana, and we would like to thank her for her excellent service — everything was spotless and perfectly arranged. We absolutely loved our stay and can’t wait to return again.
