Never again!!! Worst experience and over priced for what you are getting. Might as well just stay up all night rather than pay to stay here because unless you are inebriated you will not be sleeping. There was an Irish pub below the room that was so incredibly loud it was unbelievable. The rooms were ugly and the facilities were dirty. Stay somewhere else.

NOT FOR GIRLS. I had to sleep there tonight. 1. I didn’t felt shure as I’m a girl alone and I ascked to the receptionist if I could have a bed on the top or change my room, as I felt really umcofortable whit the people inside my room. My question got rejected. 2. Before the check in I left my bag in the locker room. When I was back for the check in, I controlled my bag and it was open. Someone just opened my bag and tuch my stuff. And on the top this person decided to put a peace of pizza on my open bag. It is disgusting. I ascked if it was possible to help me in identify this person and they couldn’t help me. Never again.

Very disappointing experience. I made a same-day reservation and had to cancel only two hours later due to a serious and unforeseen personal matter. I immediately contacted the hotel, hoping for understanding given the extremely short timeframe. Despite this, they strictly applied their cancellation policy and charged me for the first night. While policies are policies, the complete lack of flexibility or goodwill in such an exceptional situation was surprising and disappointing. Customer service repeatedly referred to “consistency and fairness,” yet there was no real consideration of the specific circumstances. I understand businesses have rules, but empathy and case-by-case judgment are also part of hospitality. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I’ll let future guests decide whether this aligns with their expectations.

I am deeply disappointed with the way the property handled the pre-authorization process. Despite providing up to four different credit cards, having two Booking agents intervene directly, and even offering to pay the full amount of the reservation in advance, no satisfactory solution was offered. The apparent lack of willingness to resolve the situation, despite all the alternatives proposed, raises serious concerns for me about the hotel’s true intentions and leads me to question whether there were underlying interests aimed at forcing the cancellation of the reservation.

This place is absolute mess. There seem to be no rules at all. People come in drunk and high in the middle of the night, screaming in the rooms, vomiting, and no one says anything or enforces any kind of order. I’ve stayed in many hostels before, but this is simply unacceptable. The internet is terrible - it works less often than it doesn’t. The rooms are so small that you can barely turn around, let alone store your belongings properly. Towels and lockers cost extra, which makes the whole stay even less worth the money. The only good thing about this hostel is the location. Otherwise, I really don’t think it’s worth the price.
