I went to shop at the store this evening as I often do just a browsing inventory and as a content creator, I’ve been very interested in the app controlled devices. I also like looking at part games and things like that for interaction with my guess or whatever at home and also to find things that might stimulate my sex life or love life Shopping for these things sometimes takes a lot of careful consideration and looking. It’s very personal. It’s not something I appreciate being rushed while doing the person working in the store. This evening was horrendously rude to me for no apparent reason at all and I would like to talk to someone about just how terrible it was, though I didn’t wanna make my purchases there at that point I did anyway because I took an Uber to get there from where I live near the airport and that was my outing for the evening since I worked all day and not till I get around if I get around alone, I thought I’d look at the selection and with so many items on sale and so many more that were added to the inventory recently Who would’ve thought that the man working there would hassle me so much and be so rude for nothing at all then, when I asked for his help, he threw his arms out and said I’m not gonna do this with you as if I was doing something wrong. The security guard then shook his head and said that if I want to look at something to let him know, and he will come over there to help me and yeah, when I ask for help the man was simply rude and hateful. Very hateful. There was no one else in the store. I didn’t do anything unusual he simply was just the worst associate imaginable absolutely the worst Whoever is in charge of the physical store location should fire this man on the spot and I have no. Reg That at all that man should lose his job because he doesn’t like being there and he’s gonna bring that business down. There were other employees and customers present who witnessed the situation, and I sincerely hope management looks into who this employee was and what the issue stemmed from. I remained calm throughout the encounter, but the behavior I experienced was unacceptable—rude, confrontational, and completely out of line with how I’ve come to expect your customers to be treated. I’ve always been a regular shopper and a supporter of your brand, so this was particularly upsetting. I’ve shared my experience on my Twitter feed, where I tagged your official account so that you can see the details for yourself. My followers are expressing the same disbelief I felt in the moment. I also plan to post a Google review, where I am a Top Contributor, because I believe in providing honest feedback to protect future customers from similar mistreatment. While I hope to one day restore my five-star rating, I can’t in good conscience do so until this situation is addressed and resolved. I’m not writing this out of anger but out of genuine concern for the reputation of your store and the wellbeing of other shoppers.

Guy who works there is a no nonsense kinda rude energy, he assumes everyone going there has been there or knows their way around. Once inside plenty gloryholes which big rooms for someone plus size like me. A dark room small but does the job, I think on busy nights it's a winner. $20 for 4 hour is too much

$20 for arcades for up to 4 hours of fun. I think it was really good! Mix of men: DL, married, single and divorced… They’re all there having fun. The dark room is kinda busy. Black and Latinos are def majority (the best part, right?).

Stop blasting foreign music just because you work there. I am all about putting it on shuffle for music diversity, but at some point enough is enough. Depending on the day its so loud in the back it gives you a headache. If I wanted to go to a concert and have my ears blasted then that's what I would do. It is definitely running off the core crowd that used to make this place fun. If you take the time to say anything they just look at you like you're crazy and that they don't care. The latest excuse that I heard was that they can't control the volume in the back of the arcade area. I know this to be wrong because they have turned it down before. You should be all about customer feedback if you want people to continue to come here
