ARRIVE Austin was such a pleasant surprise in the best possible way. From the moment we arrived, Nafees at the front desk greeted us with a warm, authentic smile that immediately made us feel welcome. Throughout our stay, he regularly checked in on my girlfriend and me to make sure everything was perfect. The hotel itself has an incredibly hip, stylish vibe — retro-inspired finishes mixed with an industrial feel, including polished concrete floors, while still feeling modern and comfortable. The bar was another highlight, with a great happy hour featuring excellent cocktails and delicious Spanish tapas. To top it all off, we were given a late checkout, which let us relax and sleep in a little longer. Overall, an amazing stay and we can’t wait to come back.

Honestly really wanted to love this place. I had requested a quiet room in advance. When I checked in the front desk associate noted that and said she put me in the quiet section of the hotel. Every night was SOOOO LOUD. I even wore ear plugs but got absolutely no rest. When I went to check out and they asked how it was, I mentioned that the room was quite loud, just for future guests. They told me that the room was not a quiet room and that I should have asked. I said I did and then she changed her tone, said they were fully booked the day I checked in and that the room was the “quietest of what they had available.” Rude, standoffish service. Not even an apology, just a scoff. Like I had done something wrong by wanting a quiet room lol. Very sad considering it’s such a beautiful spot.

My now wife and I booked Arrive Austin as our primary wedding hotel and could not be happier with the choice. The staff was incredible, the manager was the sweetest manager of any hotel I’ve been too and set up the room with gifts, and asked about how the wedding went with genuine interest. They gave us a free upgrade in rooms, were far more flexible with wedding block minimums than other hotels, and were very priced. Great location near multiple bars and restaurants, and their downstairs bar is fantastic too. Can’t say enough great things about this hotel.

This was a great hotel for us to stay at for my bday. The staff were so friendly and helpful the whole time! I had such a great time at this hotel! I booked this hotel through my Amex platinum (FHR) so we received valet and a room upgrade comped! Thank you to Dasha who checked us in and explained all our benefits to us! As well as Annie who answered my messages before we arrived and upgraded our room. The room was so nice and spacious! I loved the bed and the access to a smart team that can use Netflix. I give this 5 stars! The only con I can think of is that this is next to a main street with bars and restaurants. Along with a bar downstairs with an outdoor area. So it can be tough to sleep if you're not used to background noise. Sirens and honks happen often at night, but the good thing -> the hotel provides EARPLUGS in the bathroom!

Stayed on the “quiet side” of the hotel as described by the front desk and still needed to use the provided ear plugs at night due to the sound of the nearby bars. I cannot imagine how loud the “loud side” was. I would not recommend this hotel if you have trouble sleeping. Rooms felt nice with tall ceilings and windows. Amenities were limited - no microwave in room, no coffee in room, and no gym in the building. Great location, but there are trade-offs to staying here.
