Checked-in and paid more than I could afford. Rooms were quoted to be around 37$ online and onsite electronic build board. Was in a rush to get a room to rest due to the results and actions by the Bungalow @Century Park. Where they would have a vision impaired, walletless and unsupported individual be behind the wheel. Causing not only potential risk to themselves but to the public from driving a motorized vehicle with impaired vision. But also with little to no access to funds or identification to get essentials needed to stay afloat while he recovers items that are being kept from him from an individual that is not being responsive, presenting themselves or giving permission to the retrieval of said belongings. Can the proprieter or head of property management please message and start an open line of communication. To resolve and clear up any misunderstood costs of the stay and the recovery of essential items. Need to fiction on a day to day basis. Without this clearance. Its gonna do me more harm than good not having the support or proper resources to function on a day to day capacity.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! This hotel is the example of why you should never book a nonrefundable room. I am in Austin to work overnights. I booked through Expedia and then called at around 0645 . I asked if there was an early checkin fee the lady was short but said yes it it $10. I asked how early could i check in. Her response was "You can check in now if you want to". My shift got extended so i worked until 8, I went and ate breakfast then proceeded to the hotel. I said I was there to ckeck in, she looked at me like i was crazy. I said im the one that callled and was told i could check in early. She clearly wasnt happy so she asked for the name on the reservation and o gave her mine. I assume she looked me up on the computer, after a couple of seconds she said "you should have asked if your room was avaliable and ready". I was dumbfounded. So i asked if there was any thing that could be done after i tried explaining i just got off and extended overnight shift and she sternly said "you booked through a third-party " as if it was a crime. So I said if I pay for additional time or another day can you put me in a room now, her response remained the same. It was clear she was not going to budge. So i asked what is the earliest that my room will be avaliable, her response was " 1-2". I said i have to go back to work at 7pm is there anything that can be done? Back to the 3rd party response. Moral: She can be rude & nasty either way the hotel will keep your money & you cant do anything about it. I sat in that parking lot for two hours. I watched housekeeping clean the first floir rooms , all of them attached to the office. I called to see if maybe i could get in at that point, still she said no my room wont be ready until 1pm. I called Expedia and Expedia even called her on my behalf and same answer. Never again. I did not cancel hoping that housekeeping would have one less room to clean. Especially since she would not give the courtesy of having them clean a room that I could get into since I was sitting there waiting.

The oreintal guy who primarily does night shift is absolutely the worst human I’ve ever interacted with in hospitality. He’s insanely inconsiderate, rude and snappy and does absolutely nothing but pick his nose and watch videos in the front office. Everyone else is relatively pleasant (depending on the day they’re having) but he has been consistently an absolute displeasure of dealing with. Looking forward to the day he’s fired.

Very reasonable priced motel. Check in was fast but I dont like the fact that they do not have a lobby. You have to do everything at a walk up window. The rooms are huge with no amenities. Then the bathroom sink hardly works and there is no ice machine on the premises.

The worst hotel ever!!!! last night I booked a room for 2 people. After my boyfriend went to work I went out to buy myself something to eat I'm pregnant and I was hungry .I accidentally looked the key inside of the room and the booking was under my boyfriend's name. He left to work and when I show the reservation the lady of front desk told me the only way she let me in was if my boyfriend come to the hotel. I had left all my belongings inside so if my boyfriend doesn't come I can't get my stuffs. That's stupid!!! I asked for a 2 person room. They should take a look of their policy regarding to this
