Attending Gumball 3000 was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The energy, the incredible lineup of cars, and the overall atmosphere made it one of the best automotive events I’ve been to. Everything was well-organized, and you could really feel the passion and excitement shared by everyone involved. A special shoutout to Ched from valet services, who did an amazing job keeping everything running smoothly. He was professional, attentive, and handled the constant flow of vehicles with ease, helping make the entire experience stress-free and enjoyable. Great events are made even better by people like Ched who go above and beyond. I would absolutely recommend Gumball 3000 to any car enthusiast and can’t wait to attend again!

I was thinking about returning back to JW Marriott but chose the W this time. First time at this location. Valet is your first red carpet experience, then i walked into a beautiful lobby where i received phenomenal service, wow 🤩 A+. My room was cherry on top. It is absolutely perfect to my standards and taste. Elegant 💯 it was classic with a fantastic view. I loved the shower too. I had stayed at the W in London and Rome and Ft Lauderdale but this was my jaw dropping one. Stunning indeed! Breakfast was amazing, fresh and delicious…i need to stress out again the amazing service by the front desk, Valet and Restaurant. Thank youuu. And its very safe particularly going up at the elevator

Pros: Great location in downtown Austin ,you really can’t beat it. The facilities are nice, and the rooms are modern and comfortable. We appreciated the upgrade they kindly offered us. Cons: Service was noticeably slow and it felt like they were understaffed. We arrived around 4 PM and our room wasn’t ready until about 5:30 PM, which felt pretty late. Dinner at their on-site restaurant was also inconsistent. Our waiter wasn’t very attentive — no greeting and no initial drink order — so we ended up going to the bar ourselves for sodas. The bartender was very friendly, and another waitress stepped in to help and was great. The food itself was good overall. Breakfast wait time was also much longer than expected. Staff however, we're all nice. They just need more staff to support the business Overall: For the price you pay, I expected a smoother and more attentive experience. Great location and nice property, but the service needs improvement to justify the cost.

We love love love W Austin! Welcome manager Jordan took great care of us! It was a birthday + anniversary celebration and she made it very special and memorable for our stay 💜 it was one of our best experiences! The entire hotel and room are pristine! Been to many but not even all high end hotels can keep up with wear and tear sometimes and I can notice! So I’m very happy to see no flaws!! We love the designs throughout, very elegant and stylish. We had dinner, drinks and breakfast pastry at all the establishments within the hotel and were impressed by all. We enjoyed the place so much we ended up didn’t even go out! We were also very excited that they have a speakeasy, the Blue Room. Beautiful and we enjoyed our drinks and atmosphere. Do make a reservation early and check it out!
