Billy Brunch

We visited Barcelona for 3 days and on our last day decided we’d find the best brunch spot the old-fashioned way: just by walking around. First, we saw a ridiculously long line outside Billy Brunch and thought, “Why would anyone wait when there are cafés on every corner?” Then we walked past the food… and immediately understood. About 30 seconds later, we were standing in that same line, excitedly waiting. The menu is big enough to have great options, but not so big that you spend 20 minutes trying to decide. The food was incredible. Perfect portions, beautiful presentation, amazing textures and flavors. Every dish felt carefully made, and we were genuinely blown away. The atmosphere is super friendly, there’s an indoor playground for kids, and even the bill came in a cute little egg box, which was a cherry on top. Absolutely worth the wait. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

Jose and Esta were our servers. They did an excellent job. And Clara made the most adorable faces in our hot chocolates! I highly recommend this place! The food was delicious. Worth the wait if there is a line to get in.

A great spot for breakfast and brunch in Barcelona. We visited twice during our week in the city and really enjoyed it both times. There’s a great selection of drinks and egg-based dishes, as well as a few vegetarian options. Everything we tried was delicious and the ingredients felt very fresh. The service was also very friendly and welcoming. The café has two indoor areas plus plenty of outdoor seating, which makes it a really nice place to relax and enjoy your meal. Highly recommend! 🍳☕

Wow, just amazing! During my parents' and my stay in Barcelona, we went to Billy Brunch four mornings. The first time there, we fell in love with not only the most delicious food and coffee, but the service and the whole staff, from the front area, to our waiters, to the cooks and head chef, to one of the managers, Abdul, who made the visit that much better. Everyone was so welcoming, friendly, and warm, and provided amazing service the moment you stepped in the door. A super welcoming greeting when you walk in and a heartfelt thank you upon leaving. The food was DELICIOUS! We tried the omelette, the scrambled egg on toast, the Shakshouka, and my personal favorite, the Eggs Benedict. The Benedict's Hollandaise sauce was heavenly, with a delicious, creamy taste that wasn't overly salty, unlike other restaurants where I've had it. The lattes were creamy and smooth with just enough caffeine punch in the morning to give you that boost to wake up. Staying right around the corner from Billy Brunch, at the apartment we were renting out, was so convenient for us. If you happen to stay off Las Ramblas near Billy Brunch, run, don't walk, here to be treated to an amazing experience.
