Gringa All Day

I was incredibly disappointed with the food here. I ordered the chicken and waffles, a dish everyone raves about, but it was tasteless. The chicken was flavourless and all you could taste was maple syrup. However, I must give a huge thumbs up to the lovely lady (from Finland I think) who served us. Her name started with M and she had bob-length blonde hair. She was so welcoming and made our day! Unfortunately, her colleagues couldn’t even muster a smile throughout our visit.

I really love this place, especially their chicken & waffles. The food is always so good and satisfying, and the staff are super friendly every time we come. The restaurant gets pretty busy around lunchtime, so I’d recommend coming a bit early or making a reservation if possible. One thing I really love is that they are pet friendly. They were so sweet with my dog and you can really tell they welcome pets here, which made the experience even better for me :)

This brunch spot really delivers what it promises. We ordered the chicken and waffles, a burger, and a burrito, and all of us really enjoyed our meals. One thing that stood out was the portion sizes. They’re actually bigger than what they might look like in pictures on Google Maps, which was a nice surprise. The place does get quite crowded. We were lucky and didn’t have to wait, but it seemed like many people were waiting around 15 minutes for a table. Overall, highly recommended. We had a great experience and will definitely come back!

Kinda Diners' style place. Famous for brunches. We tried Spinach Omelet and Bacon & Eggs Pancakes. Both were delicious. They serve nice filter (black) coffee with free refills. There were also some tables available outside but hhey fill up quickly. It was a enjoyable breakfast before sightseeing.

It's a very nice and cozy place, with cool decoration, totally American style. I believe it's the only place in Barcelona where they have the option for free refilled coffee, where you can drink whatever you want. The food is good; however, I think they made a very bad choice when they selected the fruits for the waffles. Look at the pictures: my wife ordered the waffle with blueberries, which was delicious. However, I ordered the waffle with seasonal fruits, and they served a waffle with melon, pineapple, and raspberry. Seriously, who likes melon? Especially with the waffles? What's happening with the traditional bananas, strawberries, and papaya? Those are fruits that suit a waffle much better with a waffle than the one that they served. But at least the maple sauce is very good. Probably imported. They have an option for exterior tables on the street besides the regular tables inside, and they are located next to downtown, so it's a good option for you start your daily journey.
