Most whimsical, fun (riverside) hotel ever!! From the elevators (each car plays a different genre of music curated by various staff), the pink rock ‘n roll decor, the groovy bar/drinks and luxe buffet, the dj nights, the wonderful wellness area/sauna - not to be confused with the sanarium, a gentler version - the easy parking, to the friendly, helpful staff... Highly recommend.

I went with my family we took two rooms, the gamer room and an average room . We were on a trip and stayed for 5 days , we had an amazing time visiting Berlin but aswell in the hotel ! It was really fun , there is elevators with different type of musics , a robot , rocky , remember with honour 🫡 he gives you free snacks and drinks!!! And there was a pop corn machine , a photo booth , free candy , everything!!! The rooms are quite nice reallyyyyyy pink and fun. The breakfast is also really nice it has a lot of different foods to choose from :) and the service is excellent really nice people ! Overall it was amazing a great hotel to go with friends or family !

Fantastic and moderm hotel, 10 mins walk from the east wall gallery. Large spacious room with large shower and large bathtub. The room has a good selection of included products, bath salts, comb, shower gel, soap, shampoo, conditioner plus their cute Pink bath duck. Breakfast is fresh with wide range of high quality products. Staff is very warm, organised and professional. I cant fault anything and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody, you wont be disappointed.

The hotel is very beautiful, with an original music-themed concept and a lovely pink décor that gives it a lot of charm. The room was small but functional, which was perfectly fine for our stay. However, several negative points should be mentioned. The hotel promotes an eco-friendly policy: when you place the sign indicating that room cleaning is not required, towels are not changed and you are supposed to receive a complimentary drink at the bar. We used this option for one day, but to our surprise, the drink was still charged, which was disappointing. Another negative point was the housekeeping service on the second-to-last day. Despite the fact that we left the room early in the morning and were away until early afternoon, no one came to clean the room. In terms of amenities, for a 10-day stay, it would have been appreciated to have more than just one bottle of water in the refrigerator. A little more attention to this detail would have made a difference. Finally, the spa area was disappointing. It felt empty and lacked atmosphere, and during our visit there was a woman completely naked. Considering that this is a hotel that also welcomes families with children, this did not feel appropriate. Overall, the hotel is aesthetically pleasing and functional, but these issues unfortunately impacted our experience.

Absolutely Fantastic Stay – Highly Recommended! Our experience at this hotel was truly satisfying and exceeded expectations. From the moment we arrived, the service was absolutely great and extremely welcoming. A special shout-out to Nico — the service was outstanding and highly professional. Our room was spotlessly clean, and the bathroom was beautiful and modern. The entire hotel was notably clean and well-maintained. We loved the hotel's music themed concept; it is very creative and excellently executed. The location is also fantastic, offering easy access to the S-Bahn and featuring convenient parking options as well as a beautiful view on the river. A major highlight was the incredibly customer-oriented breakfast schedule on the weekend and the breakfast as it offered a wide range of different options —it made our morning so much easier! We regret not having enough time to use the fitness and wellness areas, but they looked very neat and well-maintained. Thank you for the wonderful experience! We will definitely be returning!
