Hotel Riu Plaza Berlin

Staying at Hotel Riu Plaza was a fantastic experience! The location is absolutely top-notch. Perfect for exploring the city. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Breakfast was amazing with a great variety of options, and the staff were truly perfect: friendly, professional, and always helpful. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again!

Great view and also good size for rooms. Rooms are new. One of the facades is under renovation, not sure if there are rooms, we luckily has unobstructed view. Free parking is unique for the area. WiFi could be a bit faster and your access is revoked after check out. Also breakfast is expensive, but that's typical for business style hotels. You have plenty of places around to eat. For the price we paid, it is unmatched (less than 100 eur per night)

Basic, affordable and clean rooms. Breakfast was decent, nothing mind blowing. Staff where very efficient in the breakfast restaurant. Walking distance to the Uban and main shopping area, night life too. Hotel is excellent for LGBTi community.

We loved this hotel. The staff were amazing! The bar and waiters were great, fun and they made really good drinks. Breakfast was alot of variety and plenty of seating. Free parking in the garage was a huge plus. Lots of restaurants and things to do. Hop on hop off bus stops down the street that start and end and sees all the sights of Berlin. The rooms were spacious and clean. Private toilet in the bathroom was nice. Definitely will stay again next time we visit Berlin.

I had a great stay at the Riu hotel. The staff was kind and it had such a beautiful layout. The shower was the best thing about the hotel. Hot water with a great shower head. My only issue is that they do not have a microwave on the premises. I wanted to heat up some food I had from earlier and was told by the front desk that they are not allowed to heat up food for guest. The guy even told me he got in trouble for doing so. I don’t see the point of having a refrigerator in your room if there’s nothing around to heat up your leftovers. Also, The rooms only come with one little thin pillow per bed. I did sleep good at night from laying flat. But if you want to lay in bed for a bit and chill, the pillow becomes an issue. Other than that, everything else about the hotel is great. It’s in a Great location with many restaurants and good transportation around.
