The receptionist was extremely rude. I simply asked for a coffee, which they were supposed to help themselves to at the counter, and the woman was incredibly cheeky in telling me I couldn't have anything to drink, even though I had an appointment and was part of the support group.

Drugs and alcohol are less harmful than the "counseling" experience I had here. With a half dozen therapists over 25 years in Berlin and the US I have never even considered walking out of a session but today I did with my blood boiling. Abusive and unprofessional—AVOID.
