We attended a stunning drag show at the Performance Works Theatre – what a hoot! The energy was infectious, with all proceeds going to support local LGBTQ+ organizations. But Vancouver's LGBTQ+ scene isn't just about Pride (although that's a BIG deal!). There are plenty of year-round events and happenings to keep you entertained. Take the queer-friendly comedy nights at the Rio Theatre or the monthly Queer Writers Read series at the Vancouver Public Library.
