The elevator broke Saturday afternoon and was not fixed by our checkout on Monday forcing us to drag our luggage down 4 sets of stairs. The key cards that you need to get into the lobby are incredibly temperamental and frequently stop working locking you out of the hotel. The AC in our room was broken and it sounded like a spaceship taking off the sound would get intensely loud at random intervals. There was also a problem with the fan in the bathroom so it didn’t properly ventilate causing our room to be permanently wet and you could see the mold growing on the ceiling of the shower. Overall not the best experience and I would not recommend staying here.

Great location for GA Tech graduation...but room was worn out. Mattresses were literally falling apart. The sheets would not stay on the beds. The towels were so thread bare that one actually ripped when drying off. The TV had lines all over the screen. Very sad for close to $300/night. Major renovations are needed. We were in room 702.

front desk staff is incredibly rude. we were met with ugly annoyed facial expressions and attitude when trying to check in or when asking for help with room issues. specifically the night time staff. the tv was damaged and the lights and phone stopped worked and when asked, the front desk did not handle it. the breakfast is really small with minimal options. we didnt even eat it because it was gross

Perfect spot for a business stay. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well‑equipped, big bathroom, plenty of workspace, and a convenient mini‑kitchen (just note there’s no stove). It has everything you need to feel comfortable and productive. Breakfast offers solid options like waffles, bagels, and other quick bites, and the 24‑hour coffee was surprisingly delicious. Five stars for comfort, convenience, and a stay that makes business travel much easier.

Honestly a great hotel if you’re looking for something that covers all the essentials. There aren’t a lot of amenities here, but it’s excellent for quickly heading in and out, especially with its central location next to the MARTA station. Bedding is very comfortable and the room was a lot more spacious than I expected. I was on the second floor but sound proofing seemed pretty good. There’s a lot of traffic and stuff outside the hotel but it wasn’t unbearable. Only downside I can think of is that the parking is a little tight. I would only use it sparingly because it’s tough to navigate in and out. But with this hotel being so walkable from downtown spots it hardly felt like a big issue. Another thing to consider, there is a Hampton Inn nearby that has a rooftop bar / restaurant and valet parking for similar if not lower pricing. So I feel from a value proposition standpoint the Hampton Inn is better, but this location is still good especially if you need a kitchen area.
