Loews Atlanta Hotel

Stayed here recently for a work event. Hotel is upscale, and the rooms are very comfortable & spacious. Layout of the property is initially confusing, esp. if you're there for meetings, etc. given the 2 different elevator lobbies going to different places. The staff were very nice throughout the property and pleasant to interact with. The team running events is very professional and kept people moving in the right direction during our stay there. This is a boutique brand, so your normal loyalty programs (if there is one) isn't available here. Room HVAC worked very well, and the bathroom had plenty of hot water with good water pressure. Bed was pretty comfortable as well.

I had another great experience at Loews Atlanta Hotel and once again Jaris from valet services stood out tremendously. It’s one thing to provide good service once, but to consistently show professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail every encounter says a lot about someone’s character and work ethic. Jaris was extremely mannerable, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay. She made every interaction feel genuine and effortless, always ensuring guests felt acknowledged and cared for. Small details and positive energy truly make a difference, and she definitely helped elevate my overall experience at the hotel. Exceptional customer service like this deserves recognition. My stay at Loews Atlanta Hotel was absolutely amazing from check-in to check-out. The hospitality and attention to detail truly stood out, but I especially want to express my gratitude to Jaris from valet services. Excellent staff interactions, extremely polite, and helpful. Didn’t have a single negative interaction across my 3 night stay. Views were amazing from the 16th floor and the rooms were clean, classy, and well equipped with all essentials minus a microwave. The location is pretty central and allows access to many places of interest. Overall I had a positive experience and would recommend this hotel. I loved my stay here. The hotel design and layout is modern and up-to-date. Everything was clean. Staff were so helpful throughout my stay, with specific kudos for Flavia! She helped me with an issue I had with my room issue (I was sensitive to particular cleaning scent used in initial room) upon checkin. She sorted out the issue in seconds and got me into a new room and that worked out great. She also recommended walking paths and local coffee shops for breaks during my conference. As a conference venue, the rooms and outdoor space are perfect for events - easy to navigate and great sound control. Highly recommend this hotel for both conference site and for personal travel.
