Stonehurst Place Bed & Breakfast

I'll be honest. I'm a hotel snob. Comfort, cleanliness and friendliness are the three most important qualities that I look for. And Stonehurst absolutely knocked it out of the park! Judy and her team are extremely welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are large, clean and well appointed. The public spaces are charming and stocked with complimentary cold drinks, coffee, tea, snacks and baked goods making it literally feel like home. The location is also central with easy access to all parts of greater Atlanta with free parking on site. My only complaint is that we were only in town for one night. We could have stayed the entire week! We will definitely be staying again when we return. Thank you for a great experience!

I had a wonderful stay at Stonehurst Place during my quick trip to Atlanta. I heard great things about this B&B, and was so happy I had the opportunity to see it for myself. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a beautiful, luxurious experience with exceptional service. Although its located in Midtown Atlanta and close to many attractions, it still felt relaxing and secluded. Judy and her team went above and beyond to ensure every detail was taken care of, from accommodating early check-in requests to dietary restrictions, and more. The common areas were also great for working and enjoying the beauty of the inn. I can't wait to return!

We stayed at Stonehurst Place for 2 nights. The accomodations are well appointed, with exacting attention to detail. Everything you need and want to ensure your stay is comfortable is provided. Morning breakfast was delicious and can accommodate special requests. Judy welcomes you like a special guest and makes you feel at home. Location was perfectly situated in midtown, walkable to restaurants and beltline. Would definably stay here again.

From the moment we turned up the stone driveway, I knew my husband had selected a special place. The gravel parking with beautiful shade from these massive trees, you knew this is a true historic southern home. We were greeted with a wonderful welcoming in true southern fashion from our host on this beautiful decorated screened in back porch. Once inside this breathtaking home you were greeted by the smell of fresh baked cookies. I must warn you however, the orange cardamom cookies should be rated illegal they tasted so good. We were then shown to our upstairs room by our host. Let me tell you by the smirk on my husband’s face he knew he had did good. The breakfasts were amazing and we were actually served by the wonderful owner Judy. The entire time there we felt like we were staying in a home that was cherished by the owners with such pride and love. This was not just a home away from home but a top notch lifetime experience. If staying here is not on your bucket list you need to get a different bucket pronto. Massive thanks and we are not only looking forward to staying there again, but if they ever come out with a cook book, I will be first in line to buy it.

My husband and I live in the greater Atlanta area. We found this B&B searching unique places to stay in mid-town Atlanta. What a gem!!! We brought friends with us that were in the area from Dublin, Ireland. We had a fantastic time. The rooms were wonderful. The service from the time of booking to our arrival was fabulous. We had wonderful breakfast for our stay with accommodations for pretty much any dietary restrictions/preferences. The staff were super helpful, but not overbearing. A wonderful spot in the city where after you arrive you leave your car and can walk to so many wonderful restaurants and experiences (Fox Theater and the High Museum area). We will definitely return!
