This was my first sauna experience with my wife, and the private couple room was the perfect introduction. Lex was so kind and helpful which really made us comfortable to take the (cold) plunge! Truly wasn't expecting the water to feel like it was just above freezing 😂. We're definitely looking forward to going back soon!

I used the steam sauna and cold plunge as part of the communal package. It was a great experience. Needed a detox and Cøntrast provided me with exactly what I was looking for. Will definitely be a repeat customer when I return to the area. The staff is very friendly as well :)

Cøntrast has a luxurious zen interior with two private treatment rooms that exude an instant sense of calm. Each room features a unique Vitamin-C infused shower, a modern infrared sauna, and a refreshing cold plunge tub that’s kept at a revitalizing 45°. However, the highlight here is undoubtedly the red light therapy room. Here, the lights are thoughtfully positioned horizontally, allowing for a truly relaxing and rejuvenating 20-minute session while lying down. And for those seeking a more social experience, Cøntrast’s outdoor space offers a traditional Finnish steam sauna and two additional cold plunge tubs (at 40° and 50° respectively). The staff here are incredibly knowledgeable and helpful — I wholeheartedly recommend this spa!
