I purchased the Luxury Revive Cold Plunge and the CL3G Sauna. The installer (corey) and showroom staff at Oli Saunas were helpful. Assembly took awhile. Had several bumps getting everything set-up correctly. Ronnie was good at communication resolving any issues that arose during the assembly process. Glad to have everything set-up and running.

Olli delivers exceptional quality and craftsmanship with their saunas. The design is sleek, the materials are premium, and the heat performance is outstanding. Installation was straightforward, and customer service was responsive and friendly every step of the way. I’ve noticed huge improvements in my recovery and relaxation since purchasing. Highly recommend Olli to anyone looking for a luxury sauna experience at home!

I’ve been working with Oli saunas for about a year to get the perfect sauna for my home. Geraldo was awesome and patient with me. They sent out teams to estimate the electrical work as well as the concrete slab foundation. Emerson was great communicator as I honed in on the right size sauna. Ronnie is also very responsive. The installer Mario was awesome friendly professional and knew what he was doing. Just an A+ team and I’m sure the business will continue to grow as they put customer service first.

I am so incredibly thankful to have found Olï saunas!! I was calling around to multiple different companies and could tell immediately that Gerardo and the Olï experience would be exceptional. They were so helpful through the whole process from the design of my wellness deck (Gerardo even came out with a rendering to present to my contractor), to helping us set up our sauna, to every detail in how to care for our sauna and use it. Ordering was seamless and with such a big purchase, we wanted to make sure we used a legitimate company that stands by their products and offers great support. I know and feel confident with my purchase through Olï and can’t recommend them enough!! Our sauna is a piece of art! It’s gorgeous and has this incredible natural wood smell and the shingle roof helps shield it from the rain without having to cover it with a tarp! Our cold plunge is so well made and sleekly designed and the cords were long enough to allow us to hide our chiller below the deck for esthetics. Thank you so much to the Olï team for the incredible customer service and delivering a product that is truly spectacular.
