Crockpot Saunas

SO HOT!!! Wow! I usually sauna twice daily at my gym and have a pretty high tolerance, but this was on a whole different level. I barely made it 15 minutes the first time, and the second session, I barely made it 5! This is a real wood fire sauna where you can toss water on the hot rocks. Cannot stress what a dramatic difference there is between this and the electric saunas you find at gyms. This cute little mobile sauna is located in a really neat food truck park on SoCo. Only $20 per person for a 50 minute session! I’ve been feeling like a million bucks all day since I left. Needless to say, I’ll be BACK!

Amazing sauna experience!! The vibes are perfect. The wood fire is beautiful and authentic. It was exactly what I needed for a relaxing weekend. And booking was so easy!! Hannah and Michael are incredibly hospitable and helpful. I love how cozy and cute they made the atmosphere! I can’t wait to go back ✨

Mom life with two under two is nonstop, so this sauna and ice bath have been a game changer for me. Huge thank you to Hanna and Michael for bringing this to the lawn—it’s such an incredible setup. The sauna helps me unwind, and the ice bath leaves me feeling energized and refreshed. I love it!

Best sauna experience I’ve ever had. Michael and Hannah, who run the entire experience, are genuinely incredible. As someone who has struggled with PTSD, this has been one of the most powerful tools for grounding, recovery, and getting my life back. You honestly can’t beat the price at $20. Highly recommend.

A great way to spend some time after a night out to unwind, decompress, and detox. Cold plunge was cold and the shower is a great touch. Booking was easy and simple. Parking was free and convenient. Lots of food, sweet treats and shopping around the area to spend the whole day out.
