I love sharing about this place to others. They def got it right on the vibe. It’s so stunning inside, and top notch quality is seen all around the facility. The staff is always super friendly. It’s a very relaxed vibe. I love the spacious sauna cold plunge rooms. Great place to add to your day, esp when you need some self care time. They have several great products as well at the front. Def would recommend visiting! And you’re supporting local!

ULU just gets it. Everything was right on time, the staff was attentive and the space itself is absolutely spotless. The whole vibe is calm and intentional, you can tell a lot of care went into every detail, from the beautifully designed rooms to the curated finds in their lobby shop and even the luxe shower products (note to self: Bathing Culture). I did the sauna, cold plunge, and red light therapy, and it was a transformative 90 minutes. It felt like the perfect Sunday morning treat before heading into a new week. I walked out feeling calm and recharged. Safe to say I’m already planning my next visit.

The staff is very accommodating and warm! You can tell they’re passionate at what they do at ULU. Pierce is the man, he definitely knows what he’s talking about when it comes to the services and modalities. 10/10 would recommend

I went to ulu with a friend and we had a great experience! We did the infrared sauna and cold plunge. The best part was the privacy and cleanliness. We had our own sauna, cold plunge, and shower in the suite it was nice to get comfortable! The front desk personnel were really nice and welcoming. The location was easy to find and had validated parking too!

ULU has the best contrast therapy facility in the area. Each room comes with a spacious infrared sauna, cold plunge, and shower. Their team is top notch, very helpful and informative. I got an IV drip too which had me feeling revived. Centrally located on South 1st Street, and has tons of cool restaurants and shops in the area. Couldn’t recommend this place enough
