Axel TWO Barcelona

I had an amazing experience at Axel Two, and the swimming pool area was definitely the highlight of my stay. The atmosphere is fantastic—great music, excellent cocktails, and a relaxed, vibrant vibe that makes it the perfect place to spend the day. A special mention goes to Alejandro, the bartender by the pool. He was working at Axel last year and is now at Axel Two, and he truly makes the whole experience exceptional. His friendly personality, professionalism, and attention to detail create a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. He remembers guests, takes pride in his work, and always serves outstanding cocktails with a smile. The pool area wouldn’t be the same without him. If you’re staying at Axel Two or just looking for a great place to enjoy a drink and unwind, I highly recommend spending some time by the pool. Great service, great drinks, great music, and an overall fantastic atmosphere. I’ll definitely be back!

My sister and I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. Gabriel was at reception and gave us great tips; he was like a local guide for us. It was so obvious he loved his job; he gave us positive energy, and it was a pleasure to greet him every day. The area where the hotel is located is safe, and there are markets and restaurants nearby. We walked to many places. The metro is a 2-minute walk away. The rooms were very clean and cleaned daily. They were spacious and well-designed. We didn't have breakfast; we preferred to grab a bite to eat at the local cafes nearby. Chatting by the pool on the terrace in the evenings was very enjoyable. The other guests staying at the hotel were also very positive. This will always be my go-to place in Barcelona. Thank you for making our holiday unique.

A wonderful hotel – and wonderful people! Barcelona is all about these “small” but truly important things. Unfortunately, we couldn’t check in early (though once we arrived, it became obvious why — who would ever want to leave this place?). The receptionist kindly let us store our luggage until check‑in. Our room was on the 6th floor, facing a lively street — yet the soundproofing was absolutely perfect! The room had everything a couple might need, and most importantly, the bed was huge and incredibly comfortable. After long working and non‑working days, we slept like babies. Again, for a room of this type, it has everything you need for a short stay. The interior is super interesting — so many little details! And those pink carpets… we fell in love 🥰 The rooftop has a pool, a bar, gym, and a sauna — it was still a bit too chilly to hang out there, but the view of our beloved Barcelona from every angle is simply stunning. One of the receptionists mentioned that his birthday is on March 13th — we’re sorry we didn’t get to see you again, but happy birthday!! And to the entire staff — our gratitude and best wishes. Everything was perfect ❤️

Located in a very good area of the city, easy access to public transportation, and to airport links. They have a reception attendance for check ins and check outs - very clean and stylish rooms. Gym and pool on the roof. Silent sleeping conditions considering the room that faces the street. Walking distance to a lot of places. Recommended
