The room was dark, and there was hair on the floor when we arrived. Therefore, I think the cleaning could be done more carefully. Apart from that, everything was as described. The staff were very polite.

The location and the service was very good. The room was clean and modern. I would have wished for the room to be a bit more big, but still was good enough and the bed was comfortable. A special thanks for the hospitality to Antonio and Tarik

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Barcelona. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and always welcoming. They gave us great recommendations about places to visit and things to do in the city. Every time we left or returned to the hotel, we were greeted with a smile, which made us feel very comfortable and welcome. Our room was on the top floor (5th floor), and the hotel also has an elevator, which was very convenient. One very rainy day we later noticed a small water leak in the bathroom, which may have been related to the heavy rain. The staff responded immediately and kindly moved us to a new room without any issues. The rooms were cleaned regularly, and we received fresh towels almost every day. Another thing we really appreciated was that there was always someone at the reception 24/7, so it was very easy to communicate and get help whenever we needed it. We never had a single moment where we felt uncomfortable during our stay. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and we truly appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the staff.

Amazing hotel! Staff were lovely and helped with whatever you needed. Felt extremely safe with 24 hour reception who were there to let you through the sliding doors when you arrived (so only people staying at the hotel could come in). It was also my mums birthday and the staff left a box of biscuits and waters for us with a card saying happy birthday, which was a lovely touch. Great location, extremely clean and will definitely visit again!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were super friendly and available 24/7. The daily cleaning service was a nice touch. You can leave your key at reception when you go out, so you don’t have to worry about losing it. The location is great, close to metro stations and easy to get around the city. After check-out, we could leave our luggage there until our evening flight, which was very convenient. Overall, a great experience! We’d definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Barcelona!
