Hotel Praktik Vinoteca

Great hotel! The staff is very friendly, and the location is excellent: you have many little restaurants and bars (all with high ratings) in the neighbourhood, and it feels overall very safe. As a woman, I did not feel unsafe walking to the hotel in the evening. It is also a plus that you can spend time in the backyard of the hotel in the evenings with some house wine. The beds are comfortable. Overall, the room is a bit small and in need of minor repairs (e.g., my drain was a little clogged, and some of the coat hooks were loose), but nothing really major to remark on. Also, since the neighbourhood is lively, it is not completely quiet at night, especially not on Fridays and Saturdays; if you are a light sleeper, take this into account. I didn't mind the noise. I really enjoyed my time here. I would come back to the hotel next time I visit Barcelona.

The location of the hotel was GREAT!! What I liked most was the bus station right in front of the hotel which made public transport very accessible and easy to get to! The room was small but nicely decorated, the balcony facing the street was awesome and the room was clean! My daughter and I felt safe in and out of the hotel. Alix was awesome in making us feel welcome! Thank you for a wonderful experience and we LOVED visiting the beautiful city of Barcelona!!

Great hotel in the heart of the city! I found the service to be great, and the rooms to be spick and span. Prices were reasonable, and they have a 24-hour concierge if you come back late to get into the building. There is 1 glass of wine included in your stay too, and you can take the glass to your time to chill. Nice place.

We had a pleasant stay overall. The hotel’s location was outstanding and very convenient for exploring the area. Our room was small but comfortable and functional. It was located at the back of the hotel, which made it quiet, and it had a window with good airflow. The water pressure and hot water were both very good, and the Wi-Fi worked reasonably well during our stay. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful whenever we needed assistance. We did not end up using the TV or mini safe much, as we had some difficulty operating them. The breakfast was a basic European-style breakfast with toast, cold cuts, and similar items. It would likely be adequate for many travelers, though we personally preferred to eat breakfast elsewhere after the first morning since we tend to enjoy a more substantial hot breakfast with eggs and bacon.

Hotel Praktik Vinoteca is a lovely place to stay.This place is great for big families as it allowes single rooms to be open for apartments and the other way around when you can get privacy when needed .Very unique way and great for big families or friends reunion. The staff were wonderful and made every effort to ensure our stay was a beautiful memory. The central location is perfect, just a few minutes away from the beautiful and famous house Casa Batlló -UNESCO World Heritage site and a masterpiece of architect Antoni Gaudi, which is a delight to explore during the day and night. The hotel is conveniently close to cafes, lovely restaurants, and bus stops. Shops are easily accessible on foot. The establishment is very clean. This is an excellent choice for wine enthusiasts, as you are greeted with a complimentary homemade glass of wine. A pleasant breakfast selection is also provided with great service!Thank you!
