The Social Hub Barcelona

This was not a very satisfactory stay overall. The location is ok and the facility is modern but some remarks: - I had to change rooms my first night due to the air extraction in the bathroom being awfully loud. They managed it ok, but still, its not what you expect for the 800€ spent. - The breakfast area is ok, but very noisy due to being open space and the renovation work in the hotel being near the breakfast area.

Amazing hotel. It is more of a five star resort then a social hub. Food is amazing. Rooms are absolutely immaculate and service is 24/7 super friendly. Cannot recommend enough! Wish I could stay there for weeks.

We had a wonderful time staying at The Social Hub Barcelona. The facilities were superb. We had breakfast included and thoroughly enjoyed it. A great selection of fruit, pastries, salads, vegetables, meats, cheese, eggs, bread, cereal etc. We loved the new gym and used it three times during our four day stay. The staff were all very kind and helpful. We loved Barcelona and used the nearby tram and tube line to get in and out of Barcelona. The room was superb and we loved the shampoo, conditioner, hand wash and moisturisers. They smelt amazing! We had an espresso coffee pod machine, hair dryer, tv etc. all very well presented, clean, modern and comfortable. The only issue we had is on the Saturday night people were partying until 5am in the park space outside which kept us awake and then from 6am the builders or someone started banging. All other nights were fine.

We have just returned from a wonderful stay at The Social Hub Poblenou and honestly it far exceeded our expectations. The trip was booked to celebrate my partners 50th birthday. We entered the hotel and received competent and informative assistance from Jao who gave us good information on local and city based restaurants and places of interest. This was also assisted by recommendations from Guille later that evening. In essence the staff are amazing and make visiting the city as enjoyable and fulfilling as possible. The ambience of the hotel and its common areas is great, real mix of different types of visitors all blending together. Moving on my partner decided to secretly involve the restaurant staff in a plan to propose to me as a surprise. The staff including Danni, Marina, Pablo and Mayk along with others worked seamlessly to contain the surprise so that at the end of our fantastic meal in the rooftop restaurant they produced the engagement ring and used his phone to film this special moment, they truly went above and beyond and made a special occasion really magical. We highly recommend the hotel and can’t wait for our next visit.

I spent 3 nights in this hotel. Everything was perfect. From a modern and well furnished room, to a super solution-oriented staff, I’ve really enjoyed my stay there. The hotel is well connected to the public transport (metro, tram, bus) and offers a lot of services (rooftop, pool, gym, laundry, etc etc). I will definitely recommend that place!
