If I could give this place 100 stars, I would. It is the first place I went when I moved to Austin a year ago, and it has felt like home ever since. The facility is beautiful, the vibes are immaculate, and the staff are some of the loveliest people I know. I went with the Gold membership (if you get 2 IV’s a month, it’s already paid for, and the other offerings are just a bonus). On top of that, the other members are awesome; I’ve had some amazing conversations in the lounge and sauna. Truly an all around incredible place!

Kuya gives silver members a few monthly shot which is cool! Nurse Katlyn administered my dose today, it was a perfect shot to the vein tbh. She even sang for us that was cool. Bottom line I joined Kuya for the cold plunges, and stayed because of the people. The entire staff here so friendly and makes everyone feel welcome!

I attended one of the wellness sauna classes here, and it was such a vibe! I connected with everything about the experience. My husband and I would definitely consider a membership if we lived closer. Even though I’m not a member, I can see how great the facility is, especially with offerings like sound bed, cold plunges, Iv lounge and guided meditations. I will definitely be coming back for more classes, and if you have the chance, I highly recommend giving it a try!

The space is tranquil & amenities are top quality. I rarely have felt crowded in the sauna & no one stays in the cold plunges long enough for you to feel like you’re waiting. They have sensory deprivation tanks that look and feel a bit different from the “pods” you see online. Big enough for 2 people to be side by side (allowed) so if you’ve been curious but get uncomfortable by the thought of closing yourself in a pod, kuya offers a great entry into floating. The zero gravity massage chairs are heaven! They have an IV lounge with an assortment of packages/nutrients to give your body exactly what it needs and these services are only administered by certified nurses or something like that but regular staff will not be poking you with a needle. When you go ask for Jordan to add that cherry on top (such a delightful human). The people you meet inside, employees & members alike are very kind & incredibly knowledgeable. I encourage you at the very least to book a tour and see for yourself!

Very unique space to relax and take care of your body and mind. Kuya has a sauna, cold plunge, float tanks and IV infusions. Staff is very friendly and happy to explain and help anytime. While their membership isn’t cheap, the packages include many benefits and you get a lot of value from the membership. They also organize interesting events from time to time.
