Melt Well Sauna & Plunge Studio

I've been to Melt Well plenty of times since they've opened and it's always such a wonderful experience! All of the rooms are kept in pristine condition and the enjoyment of hopping between the sauna and the cold plunge is something I'll never get tired of. I also love how they give you a complimentary peppermint towel everytime you go! It makes it feel very personal and nice.

This place is exactly what I had been looking for. If you haven’t done contrast therapy, you have to give it a try. Yes the cold water is shocking at first, but it actually becomes a bit of an addiction. And it’s perfect to do after getting super hot in the sauna. You get your own room with a shower so you can use either the cold or hot as much as you want during your time. Importantly, the price is right, especially if you get a membership or buy a package, which I did. Lastly, the staff is really kind and welcoming. That matters a lot to me. Highly recommended!

So Melt Well Sauna is in the heart of Sunset Valley. It’s a great location and this place along with the owner, Allison, is amazing. If you haven’t done anything else this week or this month for yourself come by and at least check it out. The contrast therapy is simply divine. The introduction is such a deal and you might want to become a regular subscribed member. This is a really great place to come utilize for your health and wellness.
