Perspire Sauna Studio

I've been a member at Perspire Austin for two months, and I have to take a moment to specifically shout out the morning crew — Keni and Florine. These two are exceptional. Their attention to detail, warmth, and genuine heart for service elevate every single visit. It's rare to find people who so clearly love what they do and care about the people they serve. They don't just maintain the space — they set a tone that makes you feel welcomed and valued the moment you walk in. Whoever had the good judgment to hire them deserves a pat on the back. And to the owner: please know that these two are a tremendous asset to your business and your members. They represent Perspire beautifully. Keni and Florine — you're going to go great places in life. But for now, I'm deeply grateful you're here. Thank you for making my mornings better. 🙏

The staff here are great! So kind and they keep the rooms clean and welcoming. This is a true treat. The saunas are well maintained and the extra towels, soaps and shower supplies, and relaxing music sets the tone for healing and relaxation.

I became a member during lockdown + recovering from a broken hip. 5 years later I can report consistent, high quality customer service with regularly updated/enhanced IR/LED saunas. Finally writing a review because Vivienne and Hallie were rockstars and so supportive when I was having a difficult morning. The team is the cherry on top. Thank y’all for everything always!!

By far one of the better Studios in Austin I’ve been too. The team is super friendly, helpful and seem rather knowledgeable of the benefits of the sauna. The rooms are a nice size, not too big to where they take forever to heat up nor too small that they feel claustrophobic. Cami and Kate got me squared away in a nice and clean room and I had a great first session, those ladies need a raise for sure!

Unfortunate to write this. The saunas and rooms are nice, not great, but nice. The reason for my low rating: I had surgery and thought I was going to come in and use the facilities more. After using it one time, I went ahead and sent a message to cancel my services. I thought it was a one email and done. But I missed their email fighting to keep my service by offering me a "downgrade package". When I went to check my HSA account, I realized that my account was at $0. I reached and told them, hey I sent the message to cancel, didn't realize I would have to double confirm, but can you at least honor my refund since I didn't use your facilities. I was told absolutely not. So, nothing I can do at this point. I don't want to do a chargeback, but was just hoping the business would honor something I never used.
